Action Picture Library was one of Fleetway's numerous picture libraries. Still, it was one of the least successful, and it was cancelled after only thirty issues, being incorporated into War Picture Library with issue #620. The Action Picture Library ran from August 1969 to October 1970 with a total of 30 issues.
